Kenwood AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through kenwoodai.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, business name, email, phone number and message. Our interactive tools (the job posting analyzer and the website check-up) run entirely in your browser; what you type into them is not sent to us unless you choose to send it through the contact form.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, and occasionally follow up about them. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Client data
When we build automations for clients, we handle business data under a written agreement, use business-tier services that do not train AI models on your data, and limit access to what each system needs. Healthcare clients' protected health information is only processed by vendors that sign a Business Associate Agreement.
